Over 30 years’ senior management experience, the last 21 years of which were at the directorates of multinational corporations and publicly listed companies in Hong Kong, with business scopes and prime P&L responsibilities covering Greater China and Southeast Asia.
During the past 15 years, he was responsible for and successfully pioneered the merger of two very substantial organizations and restructuring three Hong Kong listed companies. He has also co-operated with various international investment funds, and took active part in the issue of convertible bonds etc. for corporations.
In addition, he has considerable successful top level experience in the formation and management of multinational and/or multi-disciplinary joint ventures throughout Greater China.
Director : Liu Xiao Hua - Master in Economics
Four years as Senior Officer in the Beijing Government Policy Research Office, followed by twelve years serving as Director in charge of the Office for Special Economic Zone and the Office for Foreign Investments in the State Council of the central government of PR China, responsible for the opening up of the China market to outsiders, attract foreign investments, as well as the formulation of policies and regulations for special economic zones like Shenzhen and Pudong.
During the eleven years to 1998, he was an expert member of the Chinese Government official team in the GATT and WTO negotiations in Geneva, Switzerland and in the China-American Trade Negotiations and negotiations between China and the IMF.
In view of his aforesaid responsibilities, Mr Liu has accumulated a considerable senior level network of relationships with major ministries as well as with the leaders of most provincial governments.
Since 1999, he has been actively involved in the “workout” of state owned enterprises including China Everbright Holdings Company Limited, acting in the capacity of Director and Secretary of its Executive Committee.
Director : Huang Zhi Wei - Bachelor of Science (Mechanical & Electrical Engineering)
After a period of time working as an university lecturer and then Chief Engineer and General Manager in an electrical appliance factory, he became Director of Economic Commission in Foshan, Guangdong Province in which office he served for about eight years, before he became Assistant to the Mayor in Foshan, concurrently acting as Director of Foreign Trade and Economic Co-operation as well as Director & General Manager of a major electrical appliance enterprise.
During the seven years that follows, he was Deputy Director of Foreign Trade and Economic Co-operation Commission and Director for Foreign Investment, both of Guangdong Province.
For a long period of time, he was responsible for the industrial development of Foshan and the attraction, approval and management of foreign investments in Guangdong Province.
He has been the President of the Guangdong Association of Enterprises With Foreign Investment and Deputy President of the China Association of Enterprises With Foreign Investment until 2006.

More than twenty years of senior management experience with major international corporations and the telecommunications industry, and has worked in Hong Kong, China, U.K. and Pakistan.
An expert in corporate treasury management, he was responsible for the successful investment and control of Hong Kong Dollar 20 billion of corporate money on behalf of a major international organization. His other areas of specialty include risk management, re-engineering and corporate finance.
