During his ten years’ career in private practice at law firms, working with an investment bank, and acting as in-house counsel and project director of a listed company, Andy has actively involved in direct investment in different industries in China. These industries include property development, toll road, power plant, e-commerce and telecommunication projects. He has also provided expert support and advice to the setting up of start up companies. Currently, he is senior vice-president of an e-payment service provider in the PRC and director of an energy saving service provider in Hong Kong.
